New York Ranger Mark Boro has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to the team’s medical staff.
The Rangers announced Friday that Boro underwent concussion testing on Friday morning.
It is unclear if Boro will miss Saturday’s game against the New York Islanders.
Borowiecki was hurt during a collision with Toronto defenseman Deryck Engelden in the first period.
The incident occurred after the Rangers took a 2-1 lead on an Engelling goal.
The Rangers were trailing 2-0 when they made the game-winning goal.
