Strength training classes have become the perfect way to strengthen your core and add muscle mass.

Now, new videos from the American Society of Clinical Physiotherapists (ASCP) show how the exercises work, in a way that will help you build muscle without breaking your back.

Here are three examples:The first shows how to use a barbell and kettlebell to help strengthen the abs.

You’ll learn how to lift heavy weights with a heavy weight, including kettlebells, and use a variety of exercises to increase your core strength and core flexibility.

Here are some more examples of how to build muscle from the videos:This video from the ASCP shows you how to make a simple dip barbell workout.

You can also do this with dumbbells.

You lift it out, then drop it down onto the floor with a weight.

This helps the core stretch, and makes it easier to balance.

In this video from ASCP, you’ll learn to use the squat to work your abs.

It’s easy to do.

It requires only a few movements, and it’s a great way to build strength without breaking the back.

You start with a box squat, and slowly progress from there.

In these two videos, the ASMPs show you how you can use dumbbell, kettlebell, or dumbbell bench presses to add weight to the abs and strengthen the core.

You will be able to do this by doing three to five sets of three to four reps per set.

Here’s a video of a different kind of exercise.

This one works the hamstrings and the glutes.

You need to work the hamstring and glute muscles with the barbell to do it correctly.

You’re working with dumb, kettle, or barbells and not dumbbell machines.
